We are currently looking for volunteer receptionists to join our friendly team of volunteers.
You will be the friendly, welcoming face of the Centre, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phone and responding to basic email queries. Full training will be provided but a basic level of computer literacy is essential.
We are open Monday-Saturday and would like volunteers to be able to commit to one morning or afternoon a week.

The Role
The primary role of a reception volunteer receptionist is to welcome visitors into the centre with a friendly and polite demeanour.
In turn, we hope to provide a social, friendly and welcoming atmosphere with the chance to get further involved in the centre’s activities and open days.
Responsibilities
You will be expected:
To deal with face to face enquiries in a polite and friendly manner.
To provide administrative support in relation to events, volunteering applications, fundraising and riding lessons.
To meet and greet visitors to the Centre.
To establish positive working relationships with other volunteers and staff.
Person Specification
This role would suit someone with an outgoing, friendly demeanour, who enjoys meeting new people and multitasking to ensure the smooth running of our centre’s busiest entrance.
